PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING NOTIFICATION
Under article 13 of the general regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on personal data protection, be advised that:
1) your personal data administrator is MAR-MOT Sp. z o.o. based in Września, ul. Czerniejewska 11, 62-300, NIP (VAT): 7891450049, REGON: 631024093, e-mail: biuro@mar-mot.pl,
2) Your personal data will be processed: for the purpose of performing the agreement; if processing is necessary to perform a legal duty the administrator is subject to; if processing arises out of the administrator’s legally justified interests pursuant to art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of the general data protection regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR),
3) the recipients of your personal data will be: entities that provide to MAR-MOT Sp. z o.o. services necessary to perform the agreement; postal operators and couriers; banks to the extent necessary to perform payments; bodies authorised to receive the data under provisions of the law,
4) your personal data will be stored for a period necessary to perform the purposes of the processing, i.e. for the term of the agreement, after the expiry of the agreement for a period required by the law, or for a period necessary to exercise claims,
5) you have the right to: demand access to your personal data from the administrator, rectify, erase or restrict processing of the data, withdraw consent for processing, object to processing, as well as the right to transmit the data. However, these rights are not absolute, and their limitations arise out of the GDPR and other applicable legal acts,
6) you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory body concerning the procedure and method of personal data processing by the administrator if you consider it justified that your personal data are being processed without compliance with the Personal Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, or with the personal data protection act (Polish Journal of Laws of 24 May 2018, as amended),
7) provision of your personal data is voluntary, although necessary to conclude the agreement,
8) the administrator will not share your personal data with recipients in third party countries or with international organisations,
9) the administrator takes no actions involving automated decision-making concerning personal data, including profiling.
